Returning Merchandise
AlligatorBoard.com should be notified no later than 14 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

Returns are accepted:

1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.

Please Note. For any other reason besides a defective product that was caused by the shipping service, returns and the shipping cost are the customers' responsibility.

Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) The product is not in resalable condition of if we receive product and conclude that there has been obvious abuse to the product.

All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. We only ship to the inner 48 United States. This means we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
